TERAPRO Construction, our Case construction equipment dealers are specialized in the sale and maintenance of new and used excavators, loaders, dozers, motor graders and much more to suit all project needs.
Our branch located in Vars is looking for a Parts and services sales representative/Customer service specialist.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company to sell a variety of products including, but not limited to: parts, service, hydraulic hammers and attachments, service packages, major service repairs, extended warranties, and machine control systems;
- Keep up to date with the products, features, and benefits of any equipment the company may sell;
- Plan and optimize territory coverage to maximize results and increase market share by developing and executing strategic business development plans;
- Create sales opportunities with existing customers and new sales avenues using proactive techniques;
- Inform customers of new products, current offers and shopping opportunities;
- Retention of customers to ensure revenue growth;
- Sales process including but not limited to: presentations, bid creation and revisions;
- Presence at local industry events to maintain relationships with business partners;
- Regularly update client profiles in territory plans for effective client management;
- Stay up-to-date on the evolution of the market and the competition so that our customers receive the best possible value;
- Submit price proposals and find solutions to customer problems;
- Assist the Parts Manager and Service Manager in the development of parts and service promotions;
- Provide support to the credit department in the opening and collection of accounts;
- Work closely with the equipment sales team to help identify new or used equipment selling opportunities.
Profile
- Have a College Studies Diploma or a Vocational Studies Diploma, and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of sales, customer service or heavy machinery, any experience or training related will be considered;
- Previous success in a PSSR role is an asset;
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques and customer service concerns;
- Know the clientele targeted by this sector of industrial activity;
- Good knowledge of heavy machinery (essential);
- Able to develop and maintain long-term and reliable relationships;
- Strong sense of organization and time management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
- Bilingualism written and spoken (French and English) to deal with French and English speaking customers.
