Senior technician - Heavy equipment

TERAPRO Construction, our Case construction equipment dealers are specialized in the sale and maintenance of new and used excavators, loaders, dozers, motor graders and much more to suit all project needs.

For our branch located in Sherbrooke branch we are looking for a  senior technician for heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and repair customer equipment or machinery;
• Perform timely repairs on all models of heavy equipment according to established standards and procedures;
• Perform maintenance work on new and used equipment for sale, resale or demonstration;
• Produce all required documents related to the tasks performed;
• Maintain service vehicles, inventories, tools and equipment in good condition;
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations;
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations;
• Comply with health and safety regulations and policies.

Profile

• Vocational diploma in heavy equipment mechanics (construction equipment, agricultural or heavy machinery or related sectors);
• Relevant experience;
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics & electrical systems;
• Manual dexterity;
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues;
• Independent, resourceful and disciplined.
