New Holland’s Tier 4 Final engines also deliver powerful performance, consume less fuel, and are easy to maintain, reducing your operating costs. The reliable hydraulic system enables shorter cycles. Inline hydraulic pumps reduce noise and provide smooth operation. Add optional high-flow hydraulic circuits to run accessories hour after hour. The dual-range transmission of the 300 series allows travel speeds exceeding 11 mph to save time on and between job sites. It comes as standard on the L320, L321, L328, and L334 models. New Holland’s longer wheelbase provides greater stability and smooth driving comfort. A new glide mode available (EH models only) allows better control over slow-speed operations such as trenching. The 300 series cabin is one of the widest in the industry, providing ample head and shoulder space to accommodate operators of all sizes. Visibility is consistently the best on the market, with unobstructed rear views and clear visibility of the loader bucket through the expansive glass door. The transparent roof surface of the cabin provides a clear view of the bucket at maximum height. Long maintenance intervals and easy access to maintenance points reduce downtime and revenue losses. All daily maintenance points are grouped together, and the rear door and hood provide easy access to them without tools.
