The company is known for its excellent service and expertise in excavation and snow removal thanks to its CASE construction product line. Our teams serve Ontario and Eastern Quebec.  J.R. Brisson bases its reputation for excellence on world class, quality equipment and unbeatable, personalized service. Currently in a period of strong growth, we are seeking the services of a Service Manager.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Manage assets to provide superior customer service response to customers repair needs.
  • Schedule technicians to match workload while maximizing efficiency.
  • Ability to quickly adjust resources as priorities change.
  • Understand and manage productivity metrics to ensure the Service department meets its fiscal and efficiency targets.
  • Treat both internal and external customers with equal importance.
  • Coordinate incoming customer calls to allocate required resources.
  • Manage customer expectations, both internal and external, in terms of cost and service work progress
  • Manage WIP to ensure timely closure and billing.
  • Keep clients informed of their repair needs, as well as preventative maintenance procedures, including the preparation of cost estimates for these requirements.
  • Work closely with the PSSR to build service revenues (Site Watch, Service Pro, PPP, etc.)
  • Provide customer service, greet customers, and offer professional service.
  • Prepare/approval all service quotes
  • Work closely with the Warranty Coordinator to maximize our warranty recovery rate.
  • Managing annual training requirements to meet CASE’s Diamond Partnership Program parameters.
  • Prepare, communicate, and manage a training plan for each technician.
  • Built a strong health and safety culture within the department
  • Other related tasks.

Skills

Profile required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in the parts & service sector of the automobile, trucking, industrial or agricultural machinery industries;
  • Strong experience in personnel & operations management;
  • Excellent communication & motivational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited deadlines;
  • Leadership, team spirit and collaboration;
  • Organization & discipline in management and project follow-ups.
