For our branch located in Lévis we are looking for a technical advisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the construction equipment maintenance workshop;
• Coordinate the work of the team of technicians;
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental standards;
• Issue purchase orders and invoices;
• Ensure administrative follow-up of interventions and updating of equipment technical files;
• Manage warranty claims;
• Constantly inform customers of necessary repairs.

Profile

• Vocational diploma in industrial/agricultural mechanics, construction equipment, heavy-duty road vehicles or other related training;
• Significant experience in shop management and administration;
• Diagnostic skills;
• Customer service skills;
• Proficiency in computer tools and maintenance management software.
