Presision control technician (LEICA)

For our New-Net division, we are looking for a Leica precision control technician.

Responsibilities

Without being limited to this, the main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure the proper deployment of telematics tools to customers and technicians;
• Assist the team of technicians in the diagnosis and installation of new technologies on construction/heavy equipment (GPS);
• Participate in the preparation, delivery and calibration of technological solutions;
• Provide technical assistance to customers and representatives;
• Provide technical assistance to customers and representatives; Perform after-sales follow-ups with customers;
• Promote the adoption of precision data management tools.

Profile

• Completed training or in the process of being completed in a field related to computer science, mechanics or any other sector deemed relevant;
• Knowledge of Leica 2D and 3D products related to construction;
• Computer and telematics skills;
• Bilingualism, oral and written;
• Developed customer service skills;
• Organizational skills and autonomy;
• Frequent travel in Quebec and sometimes in the United States.
