Warranty Administrator

THE CHALLENGES WE OFFER

JR Brisson located in Vars are seeking for a Warranty administrator who will be responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty claim revenue. You can work from the Vars or Stittsville office

Duties will include:

  • Support vendor set up and maintain good understanding of warranty and trade terms by supplier to validate and confirm invoices based on the defined terms
  • Authorize credits for accessory warranty claims by ensuring the timely review and follow up of warranty claims in accordance with the policies
  • Identify and report on dealer submitted quality concerns and warranty claims by supplier and product type;
  • Submit claims to suppliers in accordance with warranty policies and procedures
  • Coordinate handling and inspection of physical accessory returns for internal and/or supplier review
  • Control warranty costs by auditing claims against policies and by utilizing technical knowledge, internal resources and quality control samples
  • Daily invoice review and confirmation for billing
  • Review and resolve/reconcile past due warranty claims
  • Possibility of working from the Vars or Stittsville office

  • Relevant experience in relation to the position

  • Experience in electronic record-keeping is considered an asset
