Description

VIVACO is a Quebec-based business specializing in the distribution and sale of hardware, agricultural and machinery products. For its Case Construction dealer division, which includes 8 branches in Quebec and Ontario, the TERAPRO Group is looking for a human resources business partner to support its managers. 
TERAPRO Group is the largest group of Case Construction and New Holland Agricultural machinery dealers in Eastern Canada. Your responsibilities:
In order to cover a territory extending from Sudbury to Levis, including Val d'Or, the human resources business partner may be based in a territory south of Montreal. The home office can be defined with the candidate. 
The Human Resources Business Partner will have the following responsibilities: 
- Advises and supports the management team in the following areas: training, compensation, organizational development, change management, application of regulations, staffing, disciplinary measures, etc;
- Acts as a consultant and supports managers in their management, mobilization and team development strategies;
- Actively participates in the improvement of HR processes: reception, M-O planning, employee manual, etc;
- Performs reporting to the corporate HR department as well as various administrative tasks.

Skills

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations or other relevant education;
- Five (5) years of experience as an HR generalist;
- Ability to mobilize and influence; 
- Multi-site management;
- Management of several files simultaneously; 
- Thoroughness in the files;
- Ability to travel regularly to different sites;
- Bilingual (English/French).
