Under the supervision of the Parts & Service Director and responsible for the garage team, the person chosen to fill this position will: 

  • Provide customer service, greet customers and offer professional service; 
  • Insure appropriate time-management, make appointments, etc.; 
  • Schedule technicians' appointments & maximize their time; 
  • Make recommendations to customers & sell appropriate maintenance services; 
  • Prepare quotes for customers; 
  • Keep customers informed about work in progress, expected delays, etc.; 
  • Supervise employees; 
  • Be responsible for workers' health & safety (SST); 
  • Other related tasks.

  • Pertinent knowledge & experience in the machinery sector or automotive or truck;
