Service manager

TERAPRO Construction, our Case dealers, specialize in the sale and repair of construction equipment, such as excavation machinery (mini-loaders, tracked bulldozers, etc.) as well as snow removal equipment (hydraulic shovels, loaders, graders, etc.).

For our branch located in Lévis we are looking for a service manager.

Responsibilities 

The service manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the garage and supervision of technicians and yard clerks.

Without limitation, primary responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate the work of the technicians (shop and roadside);
• Ensure technicians meet company time and performance standards;
• Schedule daily appointments for technicians;
• Follow up on repairs, warranties and review work orders;
• Ensure the training and development of its staff;
• Respond to customer requests by providing adequate and professional service;
• Work closely with the parts and sales department;
• Respect health and safety standards and policies in the workplace.

Profile 

• High school diploma or training related to the position;
• Relevant experience in the machinery, dealer, heavy industry or related environment;
• Fosters cohesion and mobilization in his team;
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service;
• Good capacity to carry out several activities simultaneously.
