Currently in a period of strong growth, we are seeking the services of a parts manager.


We are seeking a Parts Manager who will report to the General Manager. Main duties will include:

  • Managing activities relating to parts for all locations;
  • Working in direct collaboration with all departments, specifically with the Service Manager to ensure the supply of necessary parts for repair activities;
  • Participating in creating advertising and marketing programs to encourage parts sales growth;
  • Ensuring personnel management (performance, schedules, overtime, absence, performance reviews, hiring, discipline, termination, etc.);
  • Forecasting developmental needs and employee training as well as collaborating with the preparation of training schedules, coaching and other performance improvement methods;
  • Controlling and regular follow-up of expenses relating to this department;
  • Weekly Health & Safety meetings with employees (implementing corrective and preventive measures in place, if necessary);
  • Developing and implementing Continuous Improvement methods such as : cost reduction, greater efficiency, etc.;
  • Preparing and maintaining parts inventory and ensuring cycle counts are done regularly;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness & safety of the yard and building (snow removal, equipment maintenance, etc.);
  • Maintain parameters to ensure CASE Diamond Partnership Program status.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in the parts & service sector of the automobile, trucking, industrial or agricultural machinery industries;
  • Strong experience in personnel & operations management;
  • Excellent communication & motivational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited deadlines;
  • Leadership, team spirit and collaboration;
  • Organization & discipline in management and project follow-ups.
