Under the responsibility of the General Manager, we are seeking to fill the position of Branch and Equipment Sales Manager. The main tasks related to this position are, as follows:

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch; equipment sales, parts and service
  • Manage the efforts and activities of the sales team in order to meet the customer’s needs and achieve the objectives set by the company;
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the customers and the main stakeholders of our territory;
  • Maximize the performance of sales representatives to reach budgets and sales margins (training plans, follow-up visits, target accounts etc.);
  • Maintain high Technician scheduling productivity and parts sales
  • Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost controls, according to established location goals
  • Train and develop a highly qualified professional sales team;
  • Participate in annual strategic planning sessions and ensure achievement of objectives;
  • Review and approve sales, rental and financing contracts for equipment transactions;
  • Manage and mobilize the team to ensure good departmental & employee working relationships;
  • Maintain a safe working environment.

  • University degree in Administration or a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in a field regarding management;
  • 5 years of experience in the field of sales and personnel management (all experiences or related trainings will be taken into account);
  • Bilingualism, good written and verbal communication (essential);
  • Good understanding of the Heavy machinery market;
  • Excellent selling skills;
  • Leadership, autonomy, availability and team spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good knowledge of budget analysis and reengineering of business processes;
  • Knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
