For our Vars (Ontario) branch, we are seeking the services of a Sales/Rental Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch and Sales Manager, the primary function will be to oversee the entire sales/rental file from start to finish, including, but not limited to:

  • Collecting all necessary data to complete the credit application and the sale/rental file (passthrough letters, signed contracts, insurance, void cheque, driver license etc.);
  • Preparing all sales/rental agreements for the assigned sales reps;
  • Making quotations and taking orders;
  • Issuing purchase orders for subcontractors, relating to the sales file;
  • Collecting payments (current, outstanding, and/or past due) for customer accounts regarding the sales/rental files;
  • Processing of all financing contracts related to the sale file;
  • Preparing the Quebec licensing documents required for Quebec plating (PV);
  • Validation that rental’s and/or trade-in units are returned with all attachments, options and are in good working order;
  • Invoicing of the sale/rental file for your assigned sales rep;
  • Requesting quotation/purchasing extended warranties, as well as entering data in the system.

Skills

Profile

  • Have a College Diploma in business administration, finance or any related experience in the field of customer service or heavy machinery (any experience or training related will be considered);
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work several files simultaneously;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office program (Excel, Word);
  • Bilingual: spoken and written (English and French).
