Parts / Service Coordinator. Sudbury, ON Branch

THE CHALLENGES WE OFFER

We are seeking a Parts / Service Coordinator who will report to the Parts supervisor. Main duties include:

  • Welcoming clients, identifying & responding to their needs;
  • Provide customer support for incoming calls and effective follow-up during and after machine repairs;
  • Submitting quotes, following-up with clients and closing sales;
  • Filling-out internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work order, etc.);
  • Contacting existing and new clients with information pertaining to promotions;
  • Supporting the Service Department (supplying parts for technicians);
  • Coordinate machine repairs with the Service Manager to meet deadlines;
  • Ensuring optimal product merchandizing;
  • Participating in inventory management;
  • Handling product delivery and shipping & ensuring efficient organization of both;
  • Efficiently maintaining work spaces;
  • Respecting Health & Safety rules & regulations.

    Skills

    APPLICANTS SHOULD FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

    • High school diploma or parts training combined with 2-3 years of experience;
    • DEP in Sales of Mechanical Parts & Accessories is an asset ;
    • Knowledge of mechanical/heavy equipment parts;
    • Good attitude becoming a sales & customer service expert;
    • Excellent communication, sales & diplomacy skills;
    • Versatile, responsible and possessing good team spirit;
