Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, we are seeking to fill the position of Inventory and Rental Equipment Coordinator at our Vars branch. The main tasks related to this position are:

  • Manage and update equipment inventory information;
  • Manage and update all marketing tools to promote the sales of the used equipment, including but not limited to print and digital advertisement;
  • Manage the attachment inventory and maintain an excellent relationship with our suppliers;
  • Support the sales team in providing the right equipment for the customers;
  • Create and maintain a solid relationship with our client base;
  • Control, enter, and update the information concerning the units in inventory and rented, in the operating system (i.e.: availability and transfer of the units, location, description, and removal of various accessories);
  • Preparing the necessary documents needed for the import and export of equipment, as well as tracking the progress until final destination is met;
  • Creation of descriptive index cards for the new and used machines.

Skills

Profile 

  • College studies diploma or a vocational studies diploma, and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of customer service or heavy machinery.  (Any experience or training related will be considered);
  • Good mechanical knowledge and/or experience in the construction equipment market will be an asset;
  • Multitasking and team worker;
  • Decent organizational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office program (Excel, Word);
  • Bilingual, spoken and written (French and English);
  • Valid driver’s license.
