Parts advisor

TERAPRO Construction, our Case dealers, specialize in the sale and repair of construction equipment, such as excavation machinery (mini-loaders, tracked bulldozers, etc.) as well as snow removal equipment (hydraulic shovels, loaders, graders, etc.).

For our branch located in Vars we are looking for a parts advisor.

Responsibilities

Without being limited to this, the main responsibilities will be to:

• Greet, advise and respond to the needs of our customers and mechanics;
• Inventory management ex: receiving/shipping of products and efficient filing of products;
• Merchandizing/display of products;
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Profile

• Computer proficiency (classification and parts research);
•  Experience in sales and/or customer service;
• Experience/knowledge of mechanics (heavy equipment is an asset)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
• Demonstrate good communication with colleagues and customers to foster collaboration and a friendly work environment;
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.
