Summary: The Parts/Service Representative is responsible for developing the sales of the Parts & Service department for both existing and new customers. This person is also responsible for the end-of-warranty follow-ups and seeking opportunities to tie clients to the dealership with PPP extended warranties and/or Service Pro maintenance programs. The PSSR must stay in direct communication with the Parts/Service Manager at the dealership and understand the challenges they face.


  • The PSSR must organize movement in order to meet with fleet managers in the assigned territory on an appropriate basis, depending on the size and potential;
  • Days must be organized in a geographically efficient way and include both existing and clients as well as non-clients or those who are not visited frequently;
  • During visits, the PSSR must be attentive and document all Parts & Service opportunities and ensure that possible opportunities are communicated to the Sales department;
  • Follow-up on original warranties and ProCare services that are ending;
  • Manage P&S complaints.


  • The PSSR has total responsibility to meet sales objectives as well as other goals that may be assigned from time to time by management.
  • Sales eligible for bonuses:

o   UC & GET;

o   PPP & ServicePro;

o   Major work in the garage;

o   New agreements on wholesale oil;

o   ‘’Incremental gains’’ at targeted clients

·        Purchasing

o   Negotiating as necessary with GET and UC suppliers;

o   Ensuring maximum recovery of delivery fees incurred during purchasing


  • Participate actively to keep a competitive edge; observe and report market conditions for each line of products;
  • Contribute to the analysis/selection of suppliers
  • Maintain a healthy & collaborative relationship with various suppliers
  • Negotiate with suppliers under responsibility
  • Other projects may be assigned from time to time

  • D.E.P. commis de pièces et expérience minimum de 5ans dans le secteur
  • Maîtrise les technologies :
    • Excel, Outlook;
    • Internet, catalogues électroniques de fournisseurs;
    • Logiciel(s) de gestion; Connaissances Fidelio, Keystone serait un atout
  • Compréhension des enjeux opérationnels et financiers pertinents à l’entretien d’une flotte de machines;
