Under the supervision of the Parts & Service Director, the position requires managing activity relating to agricultural machinery parts by insuring the profitability of operations and offering exceptional customer service. The person chosen to fill this position will work in direct collaboration with the Service Manager in order to insure supply-chain management of necessary parts for repairs as well as planning & launching promotional, marketing programs. The ideal candidate will supervise the team of part clerks and show the necessary leadership to bring them to their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the parts sector or in one of the following domains: agriculture, automobile, trucking, industrial or other rolling stock. In addition, strong experience in the management of personnel and finances is essential, as well as good English communication skills. Customer-oriented, the person chosen to fill this position will exhibit strong communication skills as well as a facility to promote communication and team spirit.
